Accountabilities
每月有1-2周中班，中班时间下午3点到晚上10点 有丰厚中班津贴

to establish exchange rate for OOCL vessels.
to create b/l according to customer’s shipping instructions through OOCL system.
to submit the customs manifest file correctly and in time.
to release final b/l to customer after vessel sail.
to handle customer’s amendment request and query in time.
to help NEG home region colleagues to coordinate relative export DOC issues.
设定汇率
根据客人托书通过OOCL系统生成海运提单
按时准确发送提前舱单到相应海关
船开之后放单给客人
及时处理客人各类改单和问题
帮助北欧同事协调各项出口单证客服工作

to send arrival notice and invoice to customer according to working plan.
to submit the customs manifest file correctly and in time.
to update empty container return location in system.
to keep and provide filing for local CSU and Ｏn the internet.
to help NEG home region colleagues to coordinate relative import DOC issues.

按时准确发送进口舱单到相应海关
更新空箱还回地址
文件归档
帮助北欧同事协调各项进口单证客服工作
Requirements
College graduate or above
Excellent typing skill is preferred
Fluent in both oral and written English
Good Knowledge of German is preferred
Hardworking, with excellent inter-personal skills
good team-work spirit
Familiar with Microsoft applications
